At Wildcat Aware, we believe that passion for wildlife should be wearable, usable, and impactful. We are the official creative partner of Zoo-EV.org, dedicated to expanding their reach and securing their future through high-quality design and strategic funding.
Why Wildcat Aware Exists
You might wonder why we operate as a separate entity from Zoo-EV. The answer lies in flexibility and impact.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Zoo-EV.org operates under strict IRS guidelines regarding “mission-related” activities. While those regulations are vital for conservation, they can limit the variety of designs and products a nonprofit can offer.
Wildcat Aware fills that gap. By operating with more creative freedom, we can offer a wider range of design options and products that celebrate wildlife—all while maintaining a singular focus on supporting Zoo-EV.
Our Financial Commitment
We aren’t just partners; we are primary supporters. Our business model is built on 100% transparency:
- 100% of Profits Donated: Every dollar we make after costs goes directly to Zoo-EV.org to fund their critical conservation and education work.
- Event Underwriting: Zoo-EV is expected to host educational and community events, but we don’t believe donor dollars should be spent on “overhead” or party rentals.
- Preserving Donor Intent: We provide underwriting grants for these events so that Zoo-EV never has to use their public donations for administrative or event costs.
